There is no free flow of Philippine energy information

The free flow of fundamental market information is crucial to driving down power costs.

I’ll start with a very limited example that needs changing. I can’t change it. Maybe you can.

PEMC publishes a particular file that contains the “Ex-ante and Ex-post LWAP with corrected prices” for a particular day – that’s 48 data points. You can get to the latest files here. It’s a small file – 4 kb. A year’s worth of that data would take up 0.0015 GB. My iPhone, loaded with music, videos, and programs still has more than 8.0 GB of free space.
