Niña Terol-Zialcita is a “Communicator, Connector, idea Curator, and Changemaker” who uses the power of words and ideas to advocate causes and promote the Philippines at its best. She is’s Deputy Editor, as well as Editor-in-Chief of asianTraveler, the longest-running travel magazine in the Philippines. When she is not writing, blogging, or traveling, Niña is conducting writing workshops with Writer’s Block Philippines, hanging out at art galleries and cafés, and performing poetry with her husband, percussionist and performance artist Paul Zialcita. The Age of Peace: The Intergenerational Peace Building Process

THE AGE OF PEACE on April 16, 2012 at 9:00AM – 5:00PM in Maharlika Elementary School, Barangay Maharlika, Taguig City. The objectives of this project are to build and bridge generations to respond to the challenges of building sustainable peace and to find sustainable solutions on Building a Culture of Peace across generations. It will also be a day of fun and interaction where the guests and participants will get to experience The Mighty Adventures of KapaYapaAn Intergenerational Mission and learn more about the importance of Intergenerational Peace Building Process, Forming Young Minds to be Catalysts for Peace and Creative Peace-Building as a Way of Bridging Generations for Sustainable Peace. The project will be culminated with an activity called “The Age of Peace: Our Gift for the Future”, a Peace Time Capsule. Mr. Rj Jimenez, Former Scholar of ABS-CBN’s Pinoy Dream Academy and now AAI-Catalyst for Peace Celebrity Ambassador will serenade us with Songs of Peace.
