HR ASSOCIATE – PAYROLL AND BENEFITS

Description of the Job :

The position directly reports to the Manager – Human Resources Department (HRD). Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:

  • Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Process payroll in the HRIS
  • Administer the leave benefits, salary loan, uniform benefit and coordinate with broker on healthcare benefits
  • Administer statutory benefits
  • Monitor timekeeping and maintain time records, prepare and release tardiness memos
  • Maintain 201 files
  • Maintain HR forms and HR office supplies

Selection Criteria :

  • Graduate of any social science course
  • Has at least one year experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge in maintaining an HRIS is an advantage, but high potential and interest to learn is sufficient
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws, an advantage
  • Above average communication skills
  • Has sense of urgency, integrity, professionalism, high customer service orientation

DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Dept/Division : Green Resource for Environment Education and
Networking (GREEN) / Environment and Sustainability

Location :  BPI Head Office

Description of the Job :

The position directly reports to the GREEN Program Manager. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:

  • Attend to administrative requirements such as management of the electronic shared files, updating of all directories, e-list serve / database management; office supplies and materials inventory and requisition; IEC (information, education, communication) materials / resources; messengerial services; etc.
  • Prepare updated consolidated collection reports of Solid Waste Management Program, including recyclables fair events
  • Handle administrative and logistical requirements of meetings, training sessions, special events of GREEN and Ayala Social Initiatives

Selection Criteria :

  • Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably social development or environment related courses
  • Has at least one year experience in office and/or project management
  • Knowledgeable in training / events management and administration
  • Preferably knowledgeable in solid waste management, environmental issues, technical writing and database management
  • Preferably knowledgeable in graphic design
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team-player with good interpersonal skills

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Dept/Division : Green Resource for Environment Education and
Networking (GREEN) / Environment and Sustainability

Location :  BPI Head Office

Description of the Job :

The position directly reports to the GREEN Program Manager. Specifically the jobholder will perform the following tasks:

  • Conduct / facilitate / coordinate consultation meetings, program orientation sessions, trainings, planning and workshops of the GREEN program
  • Establish / manage linkages with local stakeholders and other organizations, agencies and institutions in and out of the project area/s
  • Develop IEC (information, education, communication) materials, including but not limited to article write-ups, news features, etc.
  • Handle monitoring activities for the Solid Waste Management (SWM) Program and Ayala Recyclables Fair
  • Prepare accomplishment and documentation reports
  • Attend meetings, fora, conferences, discussions, etc. in behalf of AFI-GREEN Program

Selection Criteria :

  • Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably social development or environment related courses
  • Has at least two years experience in social development or environment work
  • Knowledgeable in program development, solid waste management, environmental programs and issues, events organizing and training administration
  • Preferably knowledgeable in graphic design

OFFICE SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Description of the Job :

The job holder directly reports to the Senior Manager of Comptrollership and Administration Department and is tasked to:

  • Supervise the systematic purchasing of equipment, materials, supplies and services, including timely payment
  • Supervise the inventory control of equipment, materials and supplies
  • Handle negotiations with suppliers for new, critical and expensive purchases, and services
  • Implement procedures and policies on office services – communications, transportation, safety and security
  • Oversee delivery of messengerial, mailing and janitorial services
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery systems and procedures; identify areas and opportunities for improvement and spearhead the implementation of changes
  • Coordinate with BPI security contingent regarding security concerns and advisories on building security
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time

PROJECT COORDINATOR – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Description of the Job :

The position directly reports to the Chief Information Officer. Specifically the job holder will perform the following tasks:

  • Planning, executing, and finalizing ISD-related projects according to agreed specifications. Primary responsibility would be the study and implementation of PhilDev’s SalesForce Common Ground online application, which includes:
    • Migration of donation transactions (and donors), contacts and organizations and updating of all current entries.
    • Reconciliation and tagging of unsubscribed mailing list to the contacts and donors database.
    • Create and manage synchronization methods between two online applications
    • Manage duplicates of transactions and contacts during synchronization
    • Migrate an online donation management facility to a new online system

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Description of the Job :

The position directly reports to the Environment and Sustainability Director. Specifically the jobholder will perform the following tasks:

  • Consolidate research and data that would support the Green Resource for Environmental Education and Networking Program (GREEN) and its advocacy in waste management, air pollution mitigation, water conservation and energy efficiency
  • Develop case studies that would be used as tools to drive awareness and learning across the Ayala Group of Companies as well as externally
  • Promote green entrepreneurship and industry
  • Develop, test and market ideas that promote green entrepreneurship
  • Develop concepts that would parlay environmental education and awareness to the youth and next generation of consumers through the use of existing channels (education network, Ayala Young Leaders Congress) as well as develop new channels such as environmental camps and university activities
  • Provide support to the activities and functions of the Environment and Sustainability group

Selection Criteria :

  • Has experience working in corporate responsibility, economic development, or NGO/non-profit field
  • Strong project management experience who can handle multiple projects at any given time preferred

MASTER TEACHER

The job holder directly reports to the Director of the CENTEX and is tasked to:

  • Mentor teachers in CENTEX schools
  • Manage teacher’s resources and materials donated by Ayala Foundation Inc. to both schools
  • Liaison between CENTEX Project Management Office (PMO) and individual schools
  • Coordinate with the principal on teacher assignment and teacher observation and evaluation
  • Handle duties related to CENTEX PMO activities

MUSEUM SERVICES ASSOCIATE – AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT

Description of the Job :

The position directly reports to the Manager for Audience Development and will perform the following tasks:

  • Perform admission counter duties, including providing guests with information regarding admission rates, booked tours, memberships exhibits, workshops, etc. and addressing their concerns / queries
  • Facilitate tours and guide Museum visitors
  • Research on Museum collections and exhibitions
  • Keep track of the tours schedule (for booking and museum-related events)

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Description of the Job :

The position directly reports to the Manager of GILAS Cebu. Specifically, the jobholder will perform the following tasks:

  • Coordinate with schools on the schedules of validation visits, delivery of equipment, set-up of computer laboratory, installation of phone and internet by telephone companies, and teacher training
  • Conduct school validation visits
  • Recommend approval of schools after the conduct of school validation visits
  • Evaluate quotation from suppliers and prepare requisition of equipment
  • Coordinate with suppliers on the delivery of equipment
  • Set up the computer laboratory in the school
  • Coordinate with local field offices of partner telephone companies on the installation of phone and internet
  • Conduct teacher training on Basic Internet and Basic Local Area Network Administration
  • Provide technical support to schools through monitoring, coaching and helpdesk
  • Provide technical support to local alliances organized by AFI-GILAS Regional Teams and Peace and Equity Foundation-assisted non-government organizations as well as in the conduct of local resource mobilization/fund-raising activities
