Signal No. 1 in Metro Manila as Typhoon Bebeng strikes the Philippines

Tropical Storm Bebeng (International: Aere) according to the Philippine Atomospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration was located 70 kilometers North of Daet , Camarines Norte. It still retained its maximum sustained winds of 85 kilometers per hour. According to PAGASA, “Tropical Storm Bebeng is expected to enhance the southwest monsoon and bring rains over the rest of Southern Luzon and of Visayas.”

Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Northern Quezon, Polillo Island, Nueva Viscaya and, Camarines Norte.

Albay, Burias Island, Camarines Sur, Southern Quezon, Marinduque, Batangas, Laguna, Cavite
Rizal, Bulacan, Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Pangasinan, La Union, Benguet, Ifugao
Mt. Province, Ilocos Sur, Kalinga, Cagayan and Metro Manila.
